I may be a thrifty chic, but there is one item in my repertoire that I have no problem spending top dollar on and that is my signature fragrance. The Chanel Chance scent blends the freshness of citron and hyacinth with the warmth and spiciness of amber of patchouli and jasmine for an unexpected combination of notes.
